Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the coaching services provided by Robert Laude (the "Coach") to the "Client." By participating in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to these terms, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both parties. 1. Services: The Coach will provide services as outlined in the invoice, adhering to coaching standards and ethics, including confidentiality and professional development. 2. Fees and Payment: Fees and payment terms are specified in the invoice. Payment is due as stated therein. 3. Scheduling and Cancellation: - Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. - Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as completed. - If the Coach needs to cancel a session, an additional session will be provided at no extra cost. 4. Confidentiality: The Coach will maintain confidentiality in accordance with professional standards. 5. Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching. 6. Limitation of Liability: The Coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Client. Coaching does not replace medical or mental health care. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 14 days' written notice. Unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded. 8. Right of Withdrawal: The Client may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If services begin during this period with the Client’s consent, payment for services provided up to the point of withdrawal will be due. 9. Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally. 10. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by German law. The Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
